At the moment the cost of shipping outside the USA is determined by location.
Shipping ServiceFor domestic shipping within the USA, we use local postal service such as USPS, UPS or FedEX
For international shipping, we use parcel shippers like UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.
Duties or TaxesInternational: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that Jumz Accessories is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes incurred. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.
Wrong Address DisclaimerIt is the responsibility of the client to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order.
Return PolicyThank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant any returns and/or exchanges at this moment. Any item/items on FINAL sale can not be returned or exchanged. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RefundsOur customers’ satisfaction is extremely important to us; however, due to the fact that each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns.
ExceptionsFor damaged products that are not a FINAL SALE item upon received, please contact us within 2 business days at the customer service email below to arrange an exchange with the subject line “received damaged goods for exchange”.
For approved exchange item/s, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Currently, we are only able to accept exchanges on damaged goods within the U.S. Exchanges on damaged goods will only be granted if the same item is in stock.
